Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 2 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 2 hours’ notice or no-shows will be charged 25% of the service fee. Please inspect your hair before leaving the salon. If you have any concerns after leaving, contact us within 2 days (48 hours). We do not offer refunds for completed services, but we may provide a complimentary adjustment if appropriate.
